Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering for or using Ordesa ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Ordesa Is

Ordesa is a private family management application that helps households track budgets, pantry items, meal preps, recipes, shopping lists, tasks, habits, challenges, wishlists, places, and more. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by families and small households.

3. Your Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may invite family members to share your family workspace. Each invited member is bound by these Terms.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' data without permission.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service's security.

5. Your Data

All content you create in Ordesa (budgets, pantry items, recipes, tasks, etc.) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

When you delete your account, all your personal data and family data (if you are the last owner) is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Ordesa available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, downtime, or damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
